These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the we1winphp website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). we1winphp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of we1winphp Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active we1winphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. we1winphp reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we1winphp username and password. You agree to notify we1winphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. we1winphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC): we1winphp is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with the KYC process, which may include submitting copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the we1winphp platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). we1winphp supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your we1winphp wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. we1winphp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period.
• we1winphp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

Anti-Money Laundering: we1winphp is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Any transaction that we1winphp reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

we1winphp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All games available on the we1winphp platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generators: All non-live games on the we1winphp platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor. Live dealer games use real cards, wheels, and equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, we1winphp reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. we1winphp's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

Disconnection Policy: we1winphp is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play, particularly in live dealer games where disconnection may result in the forfeiture of a game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we1winphp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

All content on the we1winphp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of we1winphp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the we1winphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of we1winphp.

The we1winphp name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of we1winphp. You may not use any we1winphp trademark without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1winphp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the we1winphp platform or Services.

we1winphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your we1winphp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

we1winphp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude we1winphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

we1winphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. we1winphp provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through the we1winphp customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly, and we1winphp will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform during the exclusion period.

we1winphp reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period, or suspending the account pending a welfare check.

we1winphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.

Upon account closure, we1winphp will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to we1winphp. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their we1winphp account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

we1winphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we1winphp will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and/or sending an email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the we1winphp platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the we1winphp Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent we1winphp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
